Monster Truck Snack Haulers

Merry Merry Haulers

This load bearing treat is surprisingly easy to make. Wafer cookies make up the bulk of the truck while Rolos move it all along as giant monster truck tires. A little bit of frosting holds it all together, including tiny little chocolate chips for headlights. Don’t stop at pink trucks, vanilla and chocolate wafer cookies add a manly touch to a sweet treat that everyone will love!

Lay one wafer cookie on top of the frosting dots so that it rests on the Rolo tires like the bottom of a truck.

Step 2
Cut two squares out of another wafer cookie that are the width of the wafer cookie truck bottom. Pipe a dot of frosting in the middle of the end ¼ of the wafer truck bottom. Place one of the squares on top of the icing dot so that about ¼ inch of the wafer cookie bottom is showing. Place another dot of frosting on the top of the wafer square and top it with the other wafer square that you cut.
