Brooklyn Babies Still Hang Out On The Window Ledge

Baby Window Cage

Ok, so a couple of readers of the post about the crazy baby window contraption (read here) commented that babies still hang out in these on the south side of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

I’ve got to see this–I’ll even send a little surprise out to anyone that has pictures to share. Any takers?

Oh my gosh! I just stumbled on your blog from etsy…wow…I suppose those kids won’t be afraid of heights! I’m not sure I would put my baby out there…I’d have to probably get in it myself first! LOL!

I don’t have a picture, but I’ve seen this in the lower east side of manhattan too. they stick the babies in the grate extension of where an air conditioner would be and the baby just sits there gurgling. Very cute.
