These stun­ning dis­plays are from the 2010 Chelsea Flower Show. The amaz­ing veg­etable dis­play is from Medwyn’s of Angle­sey Exhi­bi­tion Veg­etable Seeds (a ten-time gold medal win­ner at Chelsea), fol­lowed by a gor­geous cake with roses. High­lights from the show are avail­able on YouTube.

    The Royal Easter Show, in Syd­ney, has pro­duce dis­plays that are like a mural/scene cre­ated entirely from fresh pro­duce and grains. Bril­liant stuff.
