My son is taking jewelry in high school. For ring-making, they get a piece of special wax shaped just like this. They carve it, size it, then it goes in a plaster mold, which melts the wax and leaves a mold for the metal. It’s so cool. You could make these by melting craons if you could figure out a way to bore the finger hole without cracking the crayon.… hmm… thinking.….
