Typ­i­cally only the plumb­ing, elec­tri­cal sys­tems, and insu­la­tion are new. Each one of his Tiny Texas Houses evokes a period style, whether it’s a Queen Anne with gin­ger­bread trim or a gambrel-roofed Dutch Colonial.
