Vampire Bat Donuts

Transform ordinary donuts into vampire bat donuts with this fun recipe! This idea would be so much fun to make at a Halloween party or serve as a sweet, after school October treat! Since all the ingredients are pre-made, you can simply set up an assembly line and create your vampire bat faces as a group activity!

ingredients:

  • Chocolate donuts
  • Chocolate icing
  • Chocolate chip cookies
  • Tootsie rolls
  • Candy eyeballs (these ones are from the craft store)
  • Plastic vampire teeth

directions:

Lay out your chocolate donut on a plate. Cut a pair of vampire teeth in half. Unwrap two tootsie rolls and unwrap your eyeballs from the wrappers. Using icing to secure, add two tootsie rolls to the top of the doughnut for a vampire bat nose. Use icing again as a glue to add two eyes above the bat nose. Cut the chocolate chip cookie into 4 quarters and use 2 pieces for the ears. “Glue” the ears on using the icing. Press the vampire teeth into the center of the doughnut to create the vampire bat fangs and you are all set! Serve and enjoy!
