Dutch design firm Wurk took a break from designing office furniture to create these playful variations on the classic school desk. The Wurkchair turns the seat back parallel to the floor, transforming it into a writing slab. The idea came from the designers reversing their own chairs to write. Another variation, Antilope, takes cues from a child’s wheeled toy horse.
