Step 1

Step 2
Use a standard hole punch to punch the centers out of the donuts with holes. Leave the “filled” donuts solid.

Step 3
Put a little bit of glue on the end of a wooden coffee stirrer.

Place the donut on the glue so that the face is right side up. Make sure the stick doesn’t show through the hole. Repeat with all the stirrers.
